KIPS BAY DECORATOR SHOWHOUSE 2014:THE LADY’S LAIR

In an L-shaped space on the upper floors of the Villard Mansion on Madison Avenue, we designed a space for a woman needing a place to work, play, rest, parent and entertain. We created distinctive functional areas–a desk as a workstation, a larger table for meetings and a settee for intimate conversations. Juxtapositions throughout create contrast, but it all lives harmoniously.
